About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Executive to join our team, working in the holiday homes and hotels sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a reservations or revenue management role and will be well-versed in using relevant systems, channel managers, and other tools essential to optimizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Optimization: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall revenue for holiday homes and hotels.
Reservations Management: Monitor and manage reservations across multiple channels to ensure maximum revenue and optimal occupancy.
Channel Management: Oversee and manage distribution channels, including OTAs (Online Travel Agents), direct booking platforms, and GDS systems.
Forecasting & Reporting: Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, analyzing data, and suggesting improvements.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align strategies and enhance revenue performance.
System Management: Ensure proper use of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and Channel Managers to track bookings and adjust availability and pricing in real-time.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the reservations or revenue department in holiday homes, hotels, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue management systems, channel managers (e.g., SiteMinder, Cloudbeds), OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb), and property management systems.
Skills:
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed pricing decisions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
