We are looking for a Head Butler to lead the front office team and deliver extraordinary experiences to our distinguished guests.

Position Summary:

As the Head Butler, you will be at the heart of our Front Office team, overseeing the Butler service and ensuring the highest level of personalized attention and care for our VIP guests. This role requires an individual with strong leadership qualities, a passion for luxury service, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and train the Butler team, ensuring the highest service standards.

  • Anticipate and exceed guest needs, offering personalized and discreet service at all times.

  • Manage check-in/check-out processes for VIP guests, ensuring a smooth and luxurious experience.

  • Collaborate with the Front Office team and other departments to coordinate guest services.

  • Handle special requests, reservations, and guest inquiries with care and efficiency.

  • Uphold the highest standards of guest relations, service etiquette, and professionalism.

  • Ensure the Butler service area is maintained to impeccable standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role (preferably in a butler or guest services capacity).

  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Dzongkha) are a plus.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service delivery.

  • A passion for delivering world-class service and creating memorable guest experiences.
