What went well this year? - Executive Recruitment, Minimalism (read focus on a just a few things), learning to say no to stuff we do not enjoy doing & The Eclat Weekly Newsletter! (6K+ passionate hospitality professionals now read it every week!)

What didn’t go so well this year? - Not following our internal process for onboarding new clients. We set some rules for ourselves and sometimes we were, lets just say not so forceful. That changes next year!

What are we working toward?
